AiDisco (“AiDisco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.
This Privacy Policy explains how AiDisco collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you:

- Submit an enquiry or contact form;
- Schedule a consultation or meeting;
- Communicate with AiDisco;

AiDisco is an AI search and AI marketing agency based in the Philippines. We help businesses improve their visibility across AI-powered search platforms and generative search systems.
For the purposes of applicable privacy laws, AiDisco is responsible for determining how and why the personal information described in this Privacy Policy is processed.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed through the AiDisco website and in connection with our business enquiries, consultations, client relationships, and related operations.
It does not apply to the independent privacy practices of third-party websites, platforms, applications, or services that may be linked to or integrated with our website.

AiDisco does not currently operate a general newsletter or automatically add every person who submits an enquiry to an unrelated mass-marketing list.
Promotional follow-ups are limited to communications that AiDisco reasonably believes are relevant to the person’s enquiry or potential interest in our services. You may ask us to stop sending promotional communications at any time.
5. Bases for Processing
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, AiDisco may process personal information on one or more of the following bases:

Calendly may also use cookies or similar technologies when its scheduling features are accessed.
AiDisco does not currently use website information for targeted or behavioural advertising.
You may be able to block, delete, or restrict cookies through your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect the availability or performance of certain website features.
At present, the website may not provide a separate tool that allows visitors to accept or reject individual categories of cookies. AiDisco may introduce additional cookie controls in the future.
7. Contact Forms and Email
The website’s contact forms are operated using Elementor and WordPress website technology.
Information submitted through a contact form is transmitted to AiDisco’s business email inbox. AiDisco does not currently use the website contact form to automatically create a customer account.
AiDisco uses email services provided by Google LLC. As a result, email messages and contact-form submissions may be processed and stored using Google’s infrastructure.
8. Use of Artificial-Intelligence Services
AiDisco uses third-party artificial-intelligence services in connection with research, analysis, communications, content development, and service delivery. These services may include:
AiDisco may enter limited contact information into these services when reasonably necessary for business operations or service delivery.
AiDisco does not use client personal information to train its own artificial-intelligence models.
Where third-party AI services are used, information is handled in accordance with the relevant provider’s terms, account settings, privacy controls, and data-handling practices. AiDisco seeks to avoid submitting unnecessary personal information or confidential client information to consumer AI services.
Because some of the AI services used by AiDisco may be operated through individual or consumer-level accounts, AiDisco cannot independently control all uses, retention practices, or technical processing performed by those providers.
Clients and prospective clients should avoid sending sensitive personal information or highly confidential materials unless AiDisco has confirmed how those materials should be transferred and processed.
9. How We Disclose Personal Information
AiDisco does not sell personal information.
AiDisco does not disclose personal information to third parties for unrelated targeted advertising.

14. Promotional Communications
AiDisco may send promotional follow-up messages to individuals who have enquired about its services.
You may opt out by:

AiDisco may retain a limited record of your opt-out request to ensure that your preference continues to be respected.

15. Client Names, Logos, and Testimonials
AiDisco may display client names, logos, testimonials, case-study information, or project results only where it has obtained appropriate permission.
Testimonials will be presented substantially as provided. AiDisco may make limited edits for spelling, grammar, formatting, or length, provided those edits do not materially change the testimonial’s meaning.
A client may request that its logo or testimonial be removed by contacting AiDisco. Removal requests will be addressed within a reasonable period, subject to any continuing contractual or legal rights.
16. Children and Minimum Age
The website and AiDisco’s services are intended for businesses and adult business representatives.
